The Life Time Big Sugar Classic features a world-class mountain bike race and world-class gravel race in the cycling capital of the U.S., Northwest Arkansas. It’s a week-long celebration that allows off-road enthusiasts to shred both the MTB trails and gravel roads that put this corner on the map!

With limited race entries to take on this epic event, Life Time is proud to offer a select number of coaching packages that include guaranteed entries. With the Big Sugar Premium Coaching and Race Entry Package, you'll not only receive a guaranteed race entry into the 2024 Big Sugar Gravel or Little Sugar MTB for the race distance of your choice. You'll also work with Big Sugar's official coaching partner, Boundless Coaching to help you prepare for success in Bentonville this October. Boundless offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in MTB and gravel racing.

Join us for the Life Time Little Sugar MTB on October 13 and the Life Time Big Sugar Gravel presented by Mazda on October 19. 100 miles of gloriously chunky gravel and 7,000 feet of remote, rugged and spectacular climbing across the Ozark Mountains awaits the riders before the curtain falls on the 2024 series in Bentonville.

Coaching and Entry Package Includes:

• Entry to the 2024 Big Sugar Gravel or Little Sugar MTB (distance of your choice)
• 3 months of training, inclusive of:
  • Gold or Silver level coaching (service level description HERE)
  • 100% Personalized training plan
  • Weekly Updated Training Plans delivered via TrainingPeaks
  • Zoom/Phone consultations with your coach
  • Unlimited email communication with your Boundless Coach

• Three months of coaching included in cost as well as one entry to the 2024 Big Sugar Classic. Athletes can then choose to move to monthly coaching (at any level-Gold,Silver or Bronze) before and/or after the 3-month period included in the package.

How it works?

Upon signing up for the Big Sugar Premium Coaching and Race Entry Package, you’ll receive a personal registration link to secure your entry into Big Sugar Gravel or Little Sugar MTB 2024. Choose from any race distance and work with your Boundless Coach to determine your start date for your Gold or Silver level training program.

Cancelation:

• Full payment due at the start of the 3-month coaching program
• Once you are entered in Big Sugar Classic you own that entry. In the event of a race cancellation or postponement, you can decide what you’d like to do with your entry based on the options provided by Big Sugar Classic (refund, deferral, donation)
• No refunds or cancellations of the coaching package. However, your coach will work with you on a solution if you need to postpone or defer your race entry for any reason
